Geoff Wallis has decades of practical experience working with cast iron in all sorts of settings: from industrial machinery including watermills and windmills, to bridges, balconies and everything in between, Geoff has worked and lectured all over the world, sharing his extensive knowledge of cast iron and mechanical engineering.


This lunchtime webinar will cover the making of cast iron, its properties and uses, as well as giving an overview of some common issues relating to its repair and conservation.
